Matt possesses a unique skillset that really sets him apart from other home builders. He is extremely organized and detail-oriented, but he also is a great communicator who is genuinely invested in ensuring his clients’ dreams come true. He loves using his knowledge and skills to deliver peace of mind to clients, knowing they have a trusted partner who will always act in their best interest.
Matt gets the most satisfaction in partnering with his clients to understand their unique vision and working tirelessly to bring their dreams to life. He loves seeing the smiles on his clients’ faces and hearing his daughters tell people,
“My daddy is a builder, and he will build the home of your dreams!”
The Journey
Growing up, Matt was always interested in understanding how things worked and building. Taking electronics apart to put them back together, building tree houses, and constructing Lincoln log towns were among his favorite activities. Matt loved following both his dad and grandfather around the house in his own tool belt while tackling home projects.
Matt earned a Manufacturing Management and Consulting degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Post college, Matt had an esteemed career in the finance industry, running multi-million-dollar projects and a global team with a budget in excess of $60M. He also engaged in the real estate field over the last 15+ years building a personal portfolio of over $2M. However, it wasn’t until Matt built his forever home that he rediscovered his love of building and realized that he had a true talent as a home builder.
In 2019, Matt left the financial industry and shifted his career to align with his life’s purpose by starting Freedom Home Advantage. Focused on family and home, Matt both builds and maintains his clients’ dreams. His mission is to give his clients FREEDOM OF TIME to create more memories with their loved ones, do their favorite things, and fully enjoy their home forever! Matt’s goal is for all clients to experience PEACE OF MIND knowing they have a trusted partner acting in their best interest.
