I don't know if I can be any more blunt than this (I hope it is appreciated) - when I first heard about this service, I passed, I was like - I can do all of this myself....What I will tell you now is that I have been a client for about 6 months and I just wish I would have signed up earlier. I will tell you that now, I can do the parts of home maintenance that I want to do, but can spend more time with my family and not have to tackle those projects, where I literally just do not want to. IT HAS BEEN FANTASTIC. I have had my deck stained, had a bird nest removed from the attic, and had a plumbing issue fixed....and this is while I managed things that I knew I could do myself. We usually have a different maintenance guy that comes out almost every time but today we had Donnie for the first time and he was above great! We never had someone with such good energy! Right on time, very knowledgeable & he definitely seemed like he wanted to help. He actually enjoyed doing his job! He made sure to make us feel comfortable and get everything done. He made sure to ask me a few times if anything else needs done while he was here which no one has done in the past. He fixed everything I needed fixed and he was super nice. Please send him every time! I do wish we could have the same maintenance guy come every time which I understand it might not be possible but it would be nice to have the same person especially if you really thought he did a great job and was very friendly.
