Prior to founding Freedom Home Advantage, Matt had an esteemed career in the finance industry, running multi-million dollar projects and a global team with a budget in excess of $60M. He also has been engaged in the real estate field for 15+ years and has managed the construction and renovations on a real-estate portfolio of over $1.75M.  He has a Manufacturing Management and Consulting degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Matt enjoys traveling and understands the standard of service that should be expected and enjoyed at top travel destinations. He also understands the value and impact of strong trusted partnerships where he has hired a company to handle areas of his life that are not enjoyable or limit his free time.

In his free time, you can find Matt spending time with family and friends.  Matt, his wife Erin and his two daughters love to travel, bike, swim, and camp.

Justin

Justin has always had a passion for construction.  Before joining the Freedom Home Advantage Team, Justin worked for Heartland Luxury Homes as a Project Manager for 6 years.  He brings a wealth of residential construction knowledge having been involved in 120+ new home builds.  These homes ranged in price from $400k-$1.3M and are located between North Strabane and Pine Townships.
He is a graduate of Penn State Behrend, where he met his wife Natalie.  In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with Natalie, their dogs, and the rest of his family/friends.
Sr. Home Service Specialist

Andrew

A native of Washington, PA, Andrew has been in the construction field for 5 years. On top of being an experienced contractor, Andrew earned his BA from Washington & Jefferson College while also playing for both the college’s football and baseball teams.  Post college, he worked for over 5 years in the finance field before deciding to switch paths and immerse himself in the area of construction. Over the years, Andrew has found that his greatest passions are painting and flooring, as they provide a creative outlet that excites him.

Outside of work, you will find Andrew spending time with his wife of 12 years and his 2 boys. Andrew’s free time is spent coaching his son’s baseball team and camping with his family. His family likes to travel with their camper all over the place, but their favorite vacation spot is Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. “It’s fun to show my kids different places to visit. That’s why we love camping so much. You can just get up and go.”

Gordon

At 58 years old, Gordon is a proud father of five and a seasoned expert in home maintenance and construction. With over 40 years of hands-on experience, he has built a strong foundation of knowledge across every facet of property care. From routine repairs to large renovation projects, his work reflects a lifetime of dedication to craftsmanship and quality. What Gordon enjoys most is seeing a project through from start to finish—and witnessing the happiness it brings to clients when they see the final result. That moment of satisfaction is what makes the job truly rewarding for him.

As a valued member of the Freedom Property Advantage team, Gordon brings not only decades of skill and insight but also a strong sense of purpose and reliability. When he’s not working, he devotes most of his time to his children and home life, where his commitment to care and excellence continues.

Portfolio Manager

John

Born, raised, and still residing in Canonsburg, PA, John earned an accounting degree from Washington & Jefferson College.  He worked in HR as a Quality and Safety Manager in the steel mill equipment manufacturing space.  John also ran his own remodeling business for 8 years and is well versed in plumbing, electrical, kitchen, bath, drywall, flooring, and painting.  We are excited to welcome John to the Freedom team, he adds so much value with his +35 years of remodeling/manufacturing experience!
In his free time, John enjoys all types of hunting, especially Flintlock.  He and his wife, Annette, enjoy hiking with their beagle, Mrs. Beagles, and camping across the county along with their camp in West Virginia.  Fun fact: John has 2 sets of identical twins (!) and is a proud grandfather of two.  John also has spent 10 years as a youth group volunteer and is a Scout Master for cub scouts.

Clarence

Born in South Bend, Indiana, Clarence made his way to Pittsburgh and joined our team in July of 2019 as a home service specialist. Over the past 5 years, he worked primarily on new construction builds as well as altering homes to make them more handicap accessible. Clarence loves helping others, and through many missions’ trips within the US, plumbing became a passion of his as well.  His most proud moment was helping those impacted by severe flooding in Kentucky, where he spent time rebuilding a community through his church’s disaster relief group.

Outside of work, you will find Clarence spending time with his family, including 3 cats.  Hiking is one of his favorite things to do, with his favorite spot being the hills of Moundsville, WV. His preferred vacation spot is Lake Michigan. “It’s beautiful. Everyone should visit Lake Michigan at least once in their lifetime.”

Darryl

Darryl is from the McKeesport area. He is a graduate of the PA Builders Association and enjoys applying his education to all the work he does.  Darryl is a great asset to our team because of his 28+ years of experience in the construction industry and his commitment to a job well done.  

Outside of work, Darryl enjoys time with his wife of 14 years, daughter, son, and 2 dogs. “When I travel, I head straight to Florida where I can visit my daughter and spend time catching up.”  During hunting season, you will find him in a tree stand.  “I’ll hunt anything. I just love being in the woods.”

Donnie

Donnie brings over 25 years of experience in all phases of home construction and repair. As a seasoned professional, he’s passionate about solving problems and takes pride in helping homeowners find reliable, lasting solutions. Being part of the Freedom Property Advantage team allows Donnie to put his wide-ranging skills to use every day, tackling challenges with confidence and care.

When he’s not on the job, Donnie is a devoted husband of 26 years, proud father of two daughters, and grandfather to six wonderful grandchildren. He’s an animal lover and enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s working in the yard, exploring nature, or relaxing at his favorite place: the beach. Family, fresh air, and time in nature help him recharge and stay grounded for the work he loves to do.

Alex

Alex grew up in Minas Gerais, Brazil, in a family of builders who worked throughout the construction industry. From a young age, he learned the trade alongside his grandparents, gaining hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing, flooring, tiling, and general renovation.

Over the years, Alex developed a deep appreciation for renovation projects, finding fulfillment in transforming old spaces into something new and refreshed. While he enjoys all aspects of building, he admits that painting is his least favorite part of the process.

Outside of work, Alex is dedicated to his family and his faith. He is an active member of his church, where he leads worship and finds joy in serving his community.

Home Service Specialist

Tad

Tad grew up in Peter’s Township and graduated in 2010 before attending Washington and Jefferson College, where he graduated in 2014. Inspired by his father, who worked as a contractor, Tad developed a love for building and making things with his hands from a young age.

Tad grew up learning from his father, who was a contractor, which sparked his passion for building and creating things with his hands. While he has spent the past 10 years coaching gymnastics, his true passion is woodworking, and he has crafted several pieces of furniture for his home. Currently, Tad is flipping a house in Virginia, where he has been living while coaching near Virginia Tech. Justin noticed Tad’s renovation posts on Instagram and invited him to join the team.

Outside of work, Tad enjoys staying active through calisthenics, lifting, running, cycling, and playing soccer. He loves spending time with family and friends, finding joy in every opportunity to connect and stay involved in his favorite activities.

Home Service Specialist

Tom

Tom Jura was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a high school graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and a graduate of PITT with a Bachelor of Science degree in information science. Once graduating from PITT he worked for Mellon as a corporate world compliance officer and also worked for PNC bank as an internal auditor manager. Outside the corporate world Tom has thrown himself in to construction which is why he has joined the Freedom Home Advantage team and we are thrilled to have him. The reason for his switch from the corporate world to home repair is because he loves to work on homes and solve problems that arise for a homeowner.

Aside from work Tom is a huge outdoors fan. In his younger years he enjoyed the thrill of bull riding. He still currently enjoys snowboarding so when winter comes around he takes advantage of any opportunity to hit the slopes whether here or out of state where great snowboarding can be had. Being an outdoors person he loves to travel and explore the hills of Pennsylvania on his motorcycle but once he is home he settles in with his “fat cat meatball”.

Ken

Ken grew up in Canonsburg and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in electrical engineering from California University of Pennsylvania. While his academic background is rooted in numbers and systems, his true passion led him into home remodeling. For the past seven years, Ken has been honing his craft in the field, with a strong focus on painting and drywall.  The trades he first started with and continues to excel in today. He takes pride in delivering clean, detailed work and enjoys seeing a space transformed through his efforts.

In his downtime, Ken enjoys playing video games, going to concerts and sporting events, and spending time with friends and family. He values staying connected and energized through the things he loves outside of work, which helps him bring balance and creativity to his role on the team. Whether he’s in work boots or relaxing, he brings the same focus and enthusiasm to everything he does.

Aimee

Aimee was raised in Jeannette, PA. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Duquesne University and her MBA from Chatham University.  For the past 20 years, she worked primarily in the procurement groups for local manufacturing and utility companies which taught her the importance of building relationships across various fields such as operations, construction and project management.  Aimee recently decided to switch her career focus to more align with passions in her life.  Being a rental property owner for the past 10 years has taught her the value of maintaining and managing these important investments, and now she will help our clients achieve the same.

Outside of work, you will likely find Aimee and her husband Mike around a soccer field watching their 2 boys.  She and her family love to travel, with Deep Creek Lake, MD being a favorite family spot for getaways. “Looking back at photos of our past vacations always brings a smile to my face. We are trying to see as much of the country as possible with the boys and making it a point to visit as many National Parks as possible.”

Business Development Specialist

Corey

Corey is originally from Northeast Ohio and graduated from Kent State University with bachelor’s degrees in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship. With over a decade of experience in real estate sales and property management, he has managed over 1,500 single-family, multi-family, conventional, and student housing rental units. He enjoys connecting with property owners, identifying opportunities, and creating solutions that drive long-term success. His background in both sales and operations has given me the ability to navigate complex challenges while keeping an eye on both the big picture and the finer details.

Corey is most proud that over the years, he has been able to help numerous friends, family, and clients become first-time home buyers and successful real estate investors.

Outside of work, you will find Corey on a golf course, at a Pirates game, or spending time with my friends and family!

Financial Analyst

Kevin

Kevin is originally from the Chicagoland area, and recently graduated from  Carnegie Mellon with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance, where he was a member of the football team for 4 years. He is the middle of 5 children with 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

He has previous internship experience in investment banking, where he assisted a team that was advising a selling of a company as well as prepared materials for meetings and pitch presentations. At Freedom Property Advantage, as a Financial Analyst, he is able to use his attention to detail and modeling skills that he has gained through his experience.

Kevin is most passionate about his work when it is able to add value to others. He works hard to make sure that the work he does is helpful for others and enjoys working with a team to achieve united goals.

Outside of work, he loves pretty much anything to do with sports. He’s played sports all his life and loves everything about them including playing and watching. He enjoys working out and when he is not too active, he loves to watch all different kinds of TV shows.

Leasing Assistant

Joeffrey

Joeffrey was born and raised in Quezon City, Philippines.  He took up BS Computer Science in AMA University, which led him to working abroad to pursue his IT career.  Joeffrey has 12 years of experience in IT Systems and IT Asset Management working in UAE.  Coming back home, he worked for Disney as an Asset Manager while managing his family’s rental properties.  With Jeoffrey’s expertise and experience, he has acclimated well in his admin role with Freedom Property Advantage.

Outside of work, Jeoffrey loves playing badminton and also staying comfy at home playing video games.  He enjoys weekend trips with his foodie friends where they try out and discover under-rated or unknown restaurants and cafes.

Tabby

Tabby is a dedicated single mom to a 15-year-old son, a 12-year-old daughter, and a black lab fur baby. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a concentration in Journalism from California University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Georgia Southern University. Living by the motto “Live in the moment,” Tabby embraces each day as a chance to make the most of life.

With a varied background, Tabby has experience in office and administrative roles and has spent several years as a bartender, refining her customer service skills. She is eager to combine her administrative expertise and passion for helping others to provide an exceptional experience for potential tenants, making their home search less stressful and more enjoyable.

Outside of work, Tabby prioritizes creating memories with her kids and pup, often traveling, exploring new attractions, and attending their sports events. When she’s not with her family, she enjoys spending time with friends, cherishing laughter, and seeking new adventures, especially those that involve the beach.

Office Manager

Michelle

Michelle Conner, a Washington, PA native, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Colorado and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Shippensburg University. Her professional journey has been marked by significant contributions to Student Affairs within several colleges. In these roles, Michelle was involved in supervising student leaders, overseeing university residence halls, and planning large events. Michelle also worked as an industrial psychologist, assisting in the development of pre-employment tests and validation for businesses. These roles demanded a high level of organizational proficiency and the understanding of various systems and processes, and exceptional communication skills.

Beyond her professional commitments, Michelle loves skiing and enjoys teaching her three young daughters to ski. She is actively engaged in community service through her involvement with the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), her church, and the management of a local children’s consignment pop-up sale. Michelle is very excited to apply all the skills she brings with her from her past job experiences and to also learn new skills, while helping maintain and elevate organization and processes, as part of the Freedom Home Advantage team.

Office Assistant

Maria

Maria was born in Quezon City, Philippines. She graduated from the University of the Philippines in Los Baños, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology.  Maria has 10 years of administrative as well as property management and maintenance experience, including a role in her family’s business. “My favorite thing to do when it comes to my job is creating marketing content for our social media accounts. I’m always excited to contribute in my own way to share what Freedom Home Advantage can do.” 

Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her 2 boys (12 & 5 years old) and their family pets, a bull-pei (Bulldog and Shar Pei mix) named Peanut and a fat cat named Kit-Kat. Maria loves to travel and the first place that comes to mind when getting away is Bali, Indonesia. “Bali, Indonesia is my favorite place to visit because of its beautiful beaches and sceneries, rich culture and near-perfect weather.”

Maria enjoys giving back to her local community as a member and an officer of the UPLB Delta Lambda Sigma Sorority Alumni Association, which sponsors various outreach programs.
